It was made by Lata Jain mam, Pankaj Gill and our pass out student Ramandeep Kaur. It was 800PM to 10.00 PM time of night. Next day was inauguration of the new PG block of the college. Who else could come so late. Respected principal Parveen Bhardwaj sir were there, checking the preparations. The three of us came with our family members and made this rangoli to save the morning hour rush. Flour sieve, soup sieve and tea sieve were used to spread the base colours.
