Floral rangoli along wall

Easy rangoli design made on the inauguration of science exhibition. Made from white, orange and red petals of flowers. Life of floral petal rangoli is just one day. In sunlight it just half a day. The petals dry and shrink. Indoors in winters it looks fabulaous and rich. It connects us to nature. It is surely fragrant. The scented flowers make the surroundings very pleasant smelling. filling of petals is very easy in comparison to other materials. Petals may be cut with scissors or may be plucked with hand. Green colour may be obtained from tree leaves for free. Cut with scissors in to small pieces and use.

Giant rangoli

Large size rangoli made in front of stage outdoors on the bare ground by removing grass. It was 20 feet by 10 feet large. Material is dyed marble chips. Spiritual motifs used. Theme based. Large quantities of material will be needed like six bags of chips. 

Novelty rangoli

Beautiful rangoli made using bright colour combination of yellow magenta and violet. Neat work. burada may be ground in a kitchen grinder and sieved to obtain fine material. It will then produce finer designs.

Measured burada rangoli made by drawing with geometrical calculations.

It was a pleasure to make it. Manisha and friends were there. Made on the occasion of Kala Sangam the college level cultural festival. We have used saw dust. An Indian female dancer is shown in pink colour. Background floor is of white colour tiles.
